The impact of modern western education thought,at present in the appreciation education in moral education in primary and middle schools is the mainstream view of education,disciplinary education is controversial.In the education practice,modern education still need education punishment,as one of the main educational discipline,teachers of education punishment view is particularly important.Education punishment refers to the punishment as a way of education for learning and behavior problems in school education.Teachers' corrective and disciplinary concept refers to the normal educational activities,educators of education in violation of rules behavior of students in education punishment,uphold the position and views.Usually contain the definition of education punishment,the implementation of Education punishment purpose and uphold the principle,and through the educational discipline education effect and in the implementation of education punishment is to follow the Sense of worth.The different location in Kunshan city junior high schools of different disciplines,interviews and questionnaires of different seniority and titles and teachers of different positions,found that the teachers' knowledge about education punishment has some problems: one-sided understanding of the causes of disciplinary education;educational discipline and Punishment Rights lack of understanding the concept of punishment is not clear purpose;understanding of the principles of education;educational discipline does not grasp the scale;the pursuit of immediate effect and disciplinary education punishment is excessive;neglect of education punishment.The reason caused these problems,mainly teachers' lack of learning to understand and analyze the relevant laws and regulations;education in our country is not perfect;the lack of systematic and comprehensive training of disciplinary education teachers;local and school level for the education punishment principle provisions are too general;the overall quality of teachers needs to be further improved;lack of systematic education punishment the value of the system.Aiming at the existingproblems,in order to change the teachers' concept of education punishment,to form a scientific discipline,we need to strengthen home school cooperation;national and local level of teacher education need legislation,clear disciplinary powers;the competent units at all levels to perfect teacher education disciplinary training,help teachers enhance the sense of responsibility to the local and school;rules for the refinement of educational punishment,let teachers in educational discipline have specific operating rules;teachers in legal knowledge,mental health Knowledge and education discipline professional knowledge and comprehensively improve their own quality;to the laws and regulations as the value basis,construct the value system of education punishment,let education punishment become effective means of maintaining campus teaching order and moral education justice.
