In the new period,teachers' professional development has become the focus of education reform.Teacher professional growth is the socialization process of teachers' learning and teaching,and the expectation and norm of the role of teachers.And the students are indispensable to the teacher's own professional development.Through the education process and interaction with the students,teachers gradually understand and realize what is a teacher and how to be a qualified teacher.Eventually,they can be qualified as teachers.With the development of the society,the wide use of Internet multimedia,the younger generation has more relaxed learning atmosphere and culture communication environment than the older generation,so that the younger generation can interact with the elders who have "feedback".The traditional relationship between teachers and students has changed greatly with the arrival of the post-figurative culture.To catch up with the younger generation in the new era,teachers must consider their own development.Previous studies have focused on the theory and empirical research of parent-child relationship in the family field,and the research on the school field,especially a lack of the empirical research.Moreover,the existing cultural feedback research pays more attention to the youth culture feedback,and less attention to children's cultural feedback.Based on the breakthrough point.Researchers combined with their own internship experience,three teachers of D C county primary school interviews and observation,get the teachers' cultural feedback story,describing cultural feedback,teacher's experience,the feeling in the form of case representation,and the experience of teachers from the professional belief,professional knowledge,professional ability and the teachers' personal life four dimension classification analysis,to explore the performance of cultural feedback to promote the teacher professional development including the improvement of teachers' professional knowledge,professional ability enhancement,the transition of the students,teachers,and teachers' self-awareness and self-improvement.Then analyzes the cultural feedback caused by teachers' professional growth factor: the co-figurative culture era for teachers' professional development to build the social background,self-actualization needs is the basic factor to promote teachers' professional development,and promotes "learning" relationshipbetween teachers and students is the ultimate appeal of teacher development.The value of cultural feedback to the professional growth of primary school teachers is obvious,which is a new opportunity for teachers' professional growth.The co-figurative culture era is a big social background,a teacher is to build a professional,"food" for teacher's personal education consciously and all the support and the role of indirect education environment to promote teachers' growth,Finally,how to make strategic Suggestions on how to promote professional growth in the post-cultural era? For teachers,the first step is to update the views on students and teachers and so on,be reflective.The change in thought leads to change in behavior,and teachers' access to knowledge from the single way to multiple ways,and actively learning from others.The external guarantee of cultural feedback to promote the professional growth of teachers includes the construction of an open school culture:Improving the pre-training education and increasing the content of "student orientation".
