Study On "Heterogeneous Forms For The Same Subject " In In-service Training For Chinese Teacher

Chinese teacher’s job-training is a kind of learning activity that fits the requirements of the new curriculum reform, based on the concept of lifelong learning and professional development. “Heterogeneous forms for the same subject” follows the development trend of the times and has become one of the most effective ways to in-service teachers’ training. In order to find the values and inspiration, “Heterogeneous forms for the same subject” activity is this thesis’ s object of study.The main content of this paper has three chapters.The first chapter discusses the principle of in-service teacher training at home and abroad; secondly, it discusses “heterogeneous forms for the same subject” connotation and classification; finally, it discusses the meaning and related theory about in-service Chinese teachers’ training activities.The second chapter, the main content of this part is the case studies about“heterogeneous forms for the same subject” activities. Firstly, the study of “the heterogeneous class” cases is between two ordinary teachers, discussing the specific process of the activities as well as to improve the ordinary Chinese teachers’ professional level; the follow-up study is researching the “heterogeneous forms for the same subject” cases between two famous teachers, discussing the activities’ specific process, and comparing the two cases.The third chapter discusses the values and enlightenments of “heterogeneous forms for the same subject” activities to Chinese teachers. Firstly, it discusses “heterogeneous forms for the same subject” can improve Chinese teachers’ ability to analyze the textbooks and students; and the ability about cooperation and self-reflection. Secondly,it discusses the enlightenments to choose teaching content and teaching methods.
