| At present,the heterogeneous forms for the same subject has gradually become the school-based teaching research activities in primary and secondary school.This activity is conducive to strengthening the communication and cooperation among teachers,improving the teaching efficiency,enhancing the effectiveness of teaching,and effectively promoting the professional growth of teachers.However,due to the lack of scientific guidelines and evaluation system,some deficiencies exist in the implementation process of heterogeneous forms for the same subject.To put forward effective improvement measures,it is necessary to comprehensively understand the implementation status of heterogeneous forms for the same subject.The present situation of the heterogeneous forms for the same subject in Y Middle School of Shihezi City was studied from two aspects of theory and practice.On the basis of reference to previous research results,the comprehensive use of literature analysis method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,case analysis method and comparative research method.According to the relevant data and results of the practice survey records,the research of this thesis is carried out.The aims of this study provided theoretical and practical references for front-line teachers and related scholars,and to accumulate relevant experience for better teaching.Firstly,a questionnaire survey and one-to-one interview were conducted among senior high school biology teachers from four schools in Shihezi City to collect their views and feedback information on heterogeneous forms for the same subject,and to analyze the implementation,advantages and disadvantages of the activity.In addition,three parallel classes and their corresponding teachers in Y Middle School of Shihezi City were selected as interviewees.The course,“The Energy Currency of the Cell – ATP”,was taken as a case study to carry out a multi-faceted comparative study on classroom teaching so as to understand the practice of the heterogeneous forms for the same subject in senior high school biology teaching.The research results were as follows:(1)The heterogeneous forms for the same subject can effectively stimulate students’ interests and cultivate students’ multiple abilities;(2)The heterogeneous forms for the same subject enrichs the form of classroom teaching,improves the quality and efficiency of teaching;(3)The heterogeneous forms for the same subject promotes the change of teaching methods of biology so as to teach students in accordance with their aptitudes;(4)The heterogeneous forms for the same subject promotes teachers’ professional developments in many aspects.Based on the research aims,we analyzed some problems existed in the teaching of heterogeneous forms for the same subject in Y Middle School:(1)The course evaluation mechanism was not perfect,there was no clear evaluation reference index,and teachers’ opinions on course evaluation were highly subjective;(2)Due to the heavy daily teaching tasks,teachers’ participations were low,and they were not active enough in the activity of registration.Usually,the teachers will draw lots to decide which ones to participate in the activities.(3)The frequency of the activity was very low,usually once or twice per semester.Finally,we put forwarded the following solutions in this study:(1)Shihezi Education Bureau or the school biology teaching and research group can try to develop a set of scientific rules for class evaluation according to the teaching situation of the senior high school district;(2)The schools should pay more attention to the heterogeneous forms for the same subject and arrange special organization personnel to plan the activities as a whole so as to reduce unnecessary burden on teachers;also,schools put forward some incentive mechanisms to encourage teachers to actively participate and improve their enthusiasm for participation;(3)The school should provide greater supports for the development of heterogeneous forms for the same subject,appropriately increase the frequency of activities,and provide a platform for teachers to communicate and discuss,and help new teachers to grow up quickly.This study not only enriched the theoretical basis for the teaching and research activities of heterogeneous forms for the same subject in senior high school biology,but also provided effective ideas and methods for optimizing senior high school biology class and promoted the innovation of teaching practices. |
