A Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Second Childbearing Wisdom Of The Childbearing Age Population Under The Comprehensive Two-Child Policy

At present,operly adjust population and reproductive policies is an important issue that China urgently needs to resolve.The Fifth Plenary Session of the18th CPC Central Committee formally adopted a policy of comprehensively liberalizing the second child,which is a reform measure proposed by China in response to the above problems.However,this measure will have much effect on the development of China's population and how it can affect the future development of China's population.It is necessary to study the fertility desire of the married-age population,especially in the early stages of the reform of the fertility policy.China's future population structure forecast.In this study,taking Wuhan City as an example,questionnaires were used to obtain data.A number of child-bearing age groups who had been bred to a child were randomly selected to survey their fertility intentions in urban areas,suburban areas,and rural areas in Wuhan.On the basis of the questionnaire survey data,the fertility intention of married people of childbearing age was calculated,mainly by using SPSS 22.0 statistical software to process and analyze the collected questionnaires.First of all,using the double variable contingency table analysis and cross analysis of child-bearing age population in wuhan nature of gender,registered permanent residence,age,level of education,occupation,income,examination situation and the number of children children basic descriptive analysis of information.Secondly,using the chi-squared test and single factor variance of two child fertility intentions and gender,household register,age,level of education,profession,personal income,family status,personal factors such as a child sex correlation test.Analysis results show that two child fertility intentions and gender,household register,age,level of education,personal income and a child gender has significant correlation,and there is no significant difference with family situation factors.Finally,reference factor analysis in wuhan city,this paper analyzes the factors which affect the second child of childbearing age crowd childbearing willing,get two main factors,including personal factors include raising costs,career development,health,family wishes,the traditional concept of the five indicators,social factors including public service resources,policy system,the living environment these three indicators.After the main factor is obtained,the importance of the index is sorted to find the main influencing factors.The conclusions obtained from the above investigation and analysis are provided for reference.
