School is the main position of the education and teaching,the classroom is the key to student learning.The better learning effect depends on if we have the better skills of classroom management and better learning efficiency.The new age and new forms put forward new requirements of classroom management.But now,on the theoretical research of class management behavior and how to carry out methods techniques,which still remain to be answered in China's current education or to be developed and research fields.Therefore,we should be fully aware of the importance and urgency of classroom management and classroom management situation,and actively carry out exploration and research in the classroom management behavior.As a young teacher,it's our duty to optimize classroom management behavior.The study is based on the research at home and abroad,combine school teaching situation.The project pilot study is based on a school where the classes of the pilot,are in Grade Eight.It aims at the present situation of classroom management behavior.The school leaders,teachers and students discuss and analysis,summed up the problems of classroom management behavior.Aiming at the problems analysis of the causes,and put forward the corresponding strategies to solve the classroom management behavior situation,eventually formed the following conclusions:First,formulate reasonable classroom rules,evaluation criteria and optimize classroom environment.Only the rules are suitable for students,make classroom management orderly and provide basis for teachers' classroom management behavior.Teachers must try to use them well so as to serve their teaching.Second,standardize the speech acts of classroom teachers in junior middle school,and give play to the management role of non-verbal behavior.Teachers' classroom management should use verbal behavior and non-verbal behavior to protect the teacher's classroom management language,and give full play to the management role of nonverbal behavior.Third,answer the students' behavior skills in classroom problems.Teachers should have problem prevention awareness,take appropriate management methods for different classes,different students and different problems,and have strategies to deal with students' behavior under the premise of promoting the relationship between teachers and students.
