Inappropriate behavior in class has been a problem commonly existing in primary and secondary schools. Since the 1960s, many scholars at home and abroad have done a great deal of research, the majority of which belongs to foreigners. In short, inappropriate behavior in class is the behavior demonstrated by students in violation of the class conventions. One of the difficulties for teachers to face is, they should be aware of all the complex behavior in class. Junior students are in the period of physiological growth but psychological treason. If teachers cannot deal with the students' misbehavior properly, it will cause not only the results of disturbance of teaching activities, but also conflicts between teachers and students, and even more worse, the influences on students' physical and mental health. How to prevent and correct inappropriate behavior remains a very important issue in class management.Based on advanced theories and experiences from scholars and participants home and abroad, this research has been carried out in Changzhou Experimental Junior Middle School. Taking teachers and students in this school as studying objects, I have studied the current conditions of the students' misbehavior carefully, analyzed its characteristics and causes, and made efforts to explore suitable methods to solve this issue in junior schools. Therefore, according to the school's real conditions, I take the teachers' class management as the main starting point, exploring the following six strategies: strengthening the management of the behavior's criterion, making the rules of class behavior; meeting the needs of students and reducing the rate of inappropriate behavior; thinking much of details of the teaching behaviors to promote class management; selecting different strategies according to the different problems; using encouragement strategy and changing behavioral problems; using the strategy of punishment cautiously and controlling misbehavior. Only by choosing correct methods of management and strategy can we create a better teaching atmosphere and improve class efficiency.
