Classroom management is one of the key tasks in junior high schools.The effect of classroom management determines the success or failure of school education.The background of the new curriculum reform puts forward new requirements for moral and legal education in junior high schools(hereinafter referred to as politics)in order to effectively improve their classroom quality and efficiency.However,in the process of educational practice,there are still some problems in junior high school politics classroom management.Due to these problems in classroom management,the quality of classroom is not high,thus affecting the quality of running schools.Through literature review,we can see that the research on politics classroom management in junior high school is still insufficient.Therefore,by analyzing the factors that affect the classroom management,this paper puts forward the development strategy of politics classroom management in junior high school.In this paper,students and political teachers from junior high schools in L city are selected as the research objects,and the situation of junior high school political classroom management is mainly understood through questionnaire survey and classroom observation.The current situation and problems of junior high school political classroom management are analyzed,and feasible management strategies are put forward.The study found that there are many problems in junior high school politics classroom management,such as single physical management mode,rigid teaching in information management,and too authoritative in interaction management.The main reasons for the above problems are both students and teachers.On the one hand,students’ subjective management consciousness is ignored,which is manifested in the limited time of classroom management,the single way of classroom management and the one-way of students’ classroom power.On the other hand,the quality of classroom management of junior high school political teachers needs to be improved,which is manifested in outdated concepts of classroom management,lack of responsibility for classroom management and lack of interest in classroom management.Therefore,in view of the causes of the above problems,from the physical management,information management and classroom management three aspects of junior high school political classroom management improvement path.From the aspect of classroom physical management,we need to respect the main position of students’ participation in political classroom physical management,and create the era atmosphere of classroom physical management.From the perspective of classroom information management,we should give full play to the students’ right of choice to participate in the political classroom information management and take the educational responsibility of classroom information management.From the perspective of classroom interaction management,we should meet the autonomous needs of students’ participation in political classroom interaction management and increase the educational interest of classroom interaction management.
