Objective:To study elite open class male rowers in Hubei province who taken part in 2017 National Rowing Games, this research is try to explore the relationship between the rowing training process and some performance index changes,to find out the effect of a certain application on physiological and biochemical indexes in rowing training,to explore the physical changes of rowing athletes during the winter and summer training, and provide a scientific reference for the physical function evaluation and training method of the Male Rowing Athletes in Hubei province.Research Methods:during the 16 weeks training before the period of the National Games, among the first 3 weeks for large volume, then a fourth volume reduced to the adjustment weeks, the training amount is significantly increased in the 5-7th weeks, from the beginning of 3 weeks large capacity, the 8th volume reduced to the adjustment weeks, the 9-10th weeks are the large training weeks, and the 11th week is the adjustment week, the 12-13th weeks are the large training weeks,There was a significant pre-race reduction in 14-16 weeks as a pre-game adjustment week. For some indicators such as:morning pulse, hemoglobin level(HB),white blood cells level(WBC).blood urea(BU),serum creatine kinase(CK),blood testosterone(T)and water 2 km blood lactate and blood lactic acid multistage dynamometer load test, and statustics were based on training volume and training intensity. Results and conclusions:1.There was moderate negative correlation between hemoglobin concentration and weekly training volume(r=-0.35).and there was a moderate positive correlation between the concentration of blood urea and the weekly training volume(r = 0.38),Both HB and BUN had a certain correlation with the training volume, and the concentration of HB was generally decreased in a large number of weeks, and the concentration of HB was increased at different levels. The concentration of BUN was generally higher in many weeks.and the concentration of weekly BUN was reduced.Hemoglobin concentration and the change of blood testosterone showed moderate correlation and significant changes(r = 0.459,p<0.05),when the blood testosterone at a higher levels, the hemoglobin concentration was also higher too,the training stages of athletes in a better functional status. The calculation of the alarm value of HB and BUN and the establishment of scientific guarantee for athletes and the scientific training of coaches will provide strong help to make the training plan scientifically and effectively.Morning Pulse as a simple and easy-to-use indicator,it uses alertness values to reflect the performance of athletes timely and monitor the training load, which has certain significance.3.In the pre-competition training cycle, the weight of male open rowers in Hubei province showed upward and downward variability, defatted body weight increased significantly(p<0.05),and body fat percentage decreased significantly(p<0.05).In the course of training.Increasing the fat-free body weight and decreasing the percentage of fat in the training process have a positive effect on the improvement of the performance of men's rowing athletes in Hubei province.4.In the multi-level load test, the 5th level load at the same level of intensity, and the lactic acid was significantly reduced after exercise, with significant difference(p<0.05).After systematic training, the blood lactate curve of the multi-level load test of the men's open rowers in Hubei Province has a tendency to shift to the right and the special aerobic capacity has inproved significantly, which laying a foundation for the National Games to attain excellent results.
