Development in education is the power,is also the country and government cadres in the work,therefore,since the reform and opening up,China has been the education as a key task in the development of China's socialist,unceasingly to reform the education system and improve,until now,after more than 40 years of development,have achieved good development in our country in the aspect of education,both in the quality of teaching and scale have greatly improved.However,in the process of the development of education industry,due to large gap between urban and rural development in our country,education level and there is a big difference,as a result,parents are struggling to send children to town to study,and find ways to improve the students' academic performance,and do not want the child to stay in the rural school,which leads to more and more big gap between the urban and rural education,there have been more severe problem of compulsory education development is not balanced,is not conducive to the popularization and development of compulsory education in our country.Therefore,in order to solve the problems,the Chinese government and education departments should be fully aware of the problem,and take effective measures and balance resource to close the gap between urban and rural compulsory education,promote the better development of rural compulsory education in our country,it is studied in this paper,hoping to contribute to improve the present situation of rural compulsory education.In this study,the research background,significance of rural compulsory education are introduced,and analyses the theory of education fairness and its related content,smoothly to lay a good foundation for the research of the paper.Second,choose to jiangxi recommending virtuous man as the main research object,investigate and understand,from the allocation of resources,teachers,teaching process and teaching results from three aspects to analyze the current recommending virtuous man rural compulsory education situation,summarizes the main problems of which.Finally,on the basis of the summary of the current problem,put forward to strengthen the rural compulsory education funds investment,improve the comprehensive ability of rural teachers,and promote rural compulsory education students all-round development,and other measures,to solve the problem of the current recommending virtuous man of jiangxi rural compulsory education,promote the balanced development of compulsory education.Hope that through this article research,to provide effective reference for the development of rural compulsory education in our country,solved the problem of equilibrium of the current urban and rural compulsory education in our country,to ensure the all-round development of compulsory education in our country,and in order to better realize the power of the dream to lay a solid foundation.
