Only Government have the financial resources and it is possible for the realization of the obligation of pre-school education, otherwise,everything is empty. Firstly the paper analyses the objective necessity of the obligation of pre-school education in our country, then analyses the status quo of the development of kindergarten education and finally focuses on the analysis of the state's financial demand after the obligation of the kindergarten education and compares with the current financial strength in order to explore the feasibility of the obligation of the kindergarten.
