Based on Psychological Contract questionaire of teachers in the senior middle school, the central purpose of this thesis is to explore the construct, content and category of psychological contract.This research draws the following conclusions:1.The psychological contract questionnaire developed by researcher has relatively high reliability and validity.2.The results of exploratory factor analysis reveal that both teachers'obligation and school's obligation contains two factor dimensions. One is called realistic obligation, the other is called developmental obligation. In the teachers'obligation, realistic obligation contains 8 items, developmental obligation contains 6 items; in the school's obligation, realistic obligation contains 7 items, developmental obligation contains 9 items.3.Most individual varibles don't have significant difference in the psychological contract questionaire . The conclusion is different with the former hypothesis.4.The results of cluster analysis reveal that the proportion of subject contained II and III is bigger. Scores on the psychological contract questionnaire exist significant different among 4 categories.
