The famous works are all tested by time and history,the outstanding works left behind have the value of eternity and universality,the connotation of the reflection is broad and profound,and it has the typical significance,which plays an important role in improving the students' language accomplishment." Chinese(literacy)course standards of compulsory education(2011 Edition)" puts forward high requirements for students' reading,which requires students to read more than 400 thousand words in nine years'extracurricular reading,and read two to three famous books in every school year.This requires teachers to pay more attention to teaching students' reading works when they are reading masterpieces,so that they can do extracurricular reading better.However,in the course of the investigation,the author found that there are still a lot of problems in the teaching of famous reading at the present stage.Although teachers are aware of the importance of famous reading,the purpose of teaching is still utilitarian.Teachers are lack of instruction in teaching methods and the teaching of famous books is more random.So students haven,t paid enough attention to the reading of famous books.The cognitive bias also has negative influence on the teaching of masterpiece reading.Based on the existing problems in the teaching of famous reading and the reasons for the problems,the author puts forward some suggestions from the goals,the content selection and the teaching links of the famous book reading,in order to optimize the effect of the teaching of the famous reading.
