The development of market economy reform,which leads to the development environment is becoming more and more complex,through the performance appraisal and effective supervision,and promote the staff's work enthusiasm and work performance,has become a business unit of better,faster the implementation of the business unit is one of the effective ways of strategic development target.Due to a variety of factors,the effect of the implementation of performance management is not ideal,of which more than half of institution can not achieve the desired goal,most of the time is not a mere formality,can't achieve the desired goals or simply go away.In addition,the staff of public institutions cannot fully and profoundly understand the connotation and operation mode of "performance management",and can not achieve the high unification of theory and practice.In the specific application of performance management,the construction of evaluation and feedback channels is still not perfect,which leads to the slow development of performance management to some extent.In terms of employees,the role of performance management development has not been promoted due to the lack of enthusiasm and low degree of participation.Therefore,for the public institution,the focus of the present stage should be to increase the practice of performance management,so as to make the theory contact with reality.Taking A electricity greatly example,by adopting the combination of field surveyand the interview method,analysis of status quo of A TV university staff and organizational structure,and by means of A TV university survey,more than one hundred existing employees understand the current problems in A TV university performance appraisal management.Overall,due to the traditional concept,historical factors,properties,such as A radio and television university on the performance appraisal management thoughts of A TV university do not take the performance appraisal management,evaluation content from the actual situation of A radio and television university,to evaluate prepare adequately,ignoring the daily work of data collection and evaluation work problems such as lack of innovation.On this basis,from the shift performance evaluation ideas,selected conform to the nature of the performance evaluation indicators,improve the links of the implementation ofperformance appraisal,etc,to put forward some suggestion on how to improve A radio and television university performance evaluation.In this paper,the study of A performance appraisal management,not only for the improvement of A performance appraisal management system has very specific guidance,at the same time for the improvement of the performance management of the same kind of institution in our country also has A certain reference significance.
