Nowadays,the country pays more and more attention to the investment in education and the all-round development of the students.The effective communication between the head teacher and the parents is much accounted of the school,the family and the society.Therefore,the study of the communication between the head teacher and the parents plays an important role in the work of the head teacher and the healthy development of the students.At present,there are more studies on home-school cooperation and home-school communication,but less about the communication between primary school head teachers and parents.The author designs a research framework through the collation and analysis of the existing literature.The main contents are four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the basis of the topic,literature review,concept definition,research methods and significance.The second part is the communication between head teachers and parents in primary school.Author chooses three primary schools in the urban area to conduct a questionnaire survey to 5-6 grade class teachers and parents,so as to understand the current situation of communication between head teachers and their parents.Combining the interview result of the teacher in charge of the class,the author studies the seven dimensions from the attitude of communication,the way of communication,the content of communication,the frequency of communication,the change of attention between senior and middle grade,the obstacle of communication,the effect of communication.The third part is the results of the investigation and the analysis of the reasons.According to the results of the investigation,the study sums up the problems of the communication between the head teacher and the parents,and analyzes the causes of these problems.The fourth part is to introduce the improvement countermeasures of the communication between the head teacher and the parents in primary school.In view of these problems and causes,the study provides strategies from the class teacher,parents and schools.In a word, only the head teacher and the parents have no bad communication, can provide a comfortable environment for the child's healthy development.I hope this paper can be helpful to the class management of the first class teacher.
