Strategic Study Of Medical Social Workers Involved In Brain Trauma Patients

With the development of urbanization and modernization,the incidence of social instability and the incidence of unexpected accidents are increasing.This type of patient is not only suffering from physical pain,economic helplessness,but also psychological pressure.These problems are faced with serious psychological and social problems for patients and their families.At present,the research of this kind of disease is mainly focused on the clinical treatment of the patients,but less attention is paid to the psychosocial problems of the patients.With the rapid development of economic and social China,professional social work obtained further development,medical social work as a unique field of social work gradually on the rise,focus on the patient's physiological,psychological and social problems,the use of skills and professional social work methods,to analyze and study the various problems facing the patients,for they link the corresponding resources,expand the patients social support network,mining the client's potential,to help them solve problems.In patients with traumatic brain injury in a hospital in Changsha city as an example,starting from the practice of medical social work,discussed the current situation faced by patients with traumatic brain injury,mainly for the physical,psychological and social three aspects of the lack of adaptability,and practice in the case as the main intervention method in social work the social support theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,use the patient's strengths,social support network and related policies and other ways to help client to solve problems,enhance the ability of clients to solve problems themselves.The main work method this paper further summarizes the medical social workers involved in psychosocial adaptation of patients with traumatic brain injury,mainly from deep wards,relationship building,data collection,assessment requirements,integration of resources,solve the problem of several aspects,in order to medical social work intervention methods were summarized and put forward suggestions on,in order to better improve the medical professional social work intervention method.
