With the rapid development of the country’s economic, political, cultural and social construction, a series of social problems have appeared during the period of transition. To prevent and solve the social problems, promote social harmony and stability, as "social therapist", it is imperative to promote social work development.In recent years, as the national policy tilt, there has a good developping situation of of social work in the domestic, many policies lead to the development of the whole social work industry,such as the social work talent team construction, the government purchasing the social work service and developing social work services policies. However, from the perspective of social work professionals, the high demand for professional talents in the industry inconsistent with low employed by this industry of social work graduates. The turnover rate of social work professionals has been increasing year by year.Articles taking the social work graduates in the grade of 2009 in ZS university for example, according to the basic employment information collection presented the employment situation of the 100 social work graduates. Collecting information by interview, and elaborating stick to or changing the 24 graduates’first job of social work in 2 years, then analysis the influence factors.Finally, based on it, writer put forward four suggestions from policy, college, social work agency and graduates personal factors, in order to improve the dilemma of college students’ social workers, make college students’social workers keep more and flow less.Specifically, this article was divided into five parts. In the first part, there was the introduction with a brief analysis of the research origin and problem consciousness, research significance and value, research review, the analysis framework, research methods and data sources, definition and innovation.Article put forward the concept of "social workers with social work higher education", is refers to who has a four-year bachelor of social work of higher education in the university.They have professional concept, theoretical knowledge and practical skills related with social work and could provide of professional social work services, They also worked as social workers in professional services agency after graduation. "Social workers with social work higher education", hereinafter referred to as "College students’ social worker",in this research took the social work graduates in the grade of 2009 in ZS university for example,they worked as social workers two years or so. The second part has made the simple introduction and description with the employment situation of the social work graduates in the grade of 2009 in ZS university. The third part analyzed the current situation and influence factors that the college students’ social workers stick to their posts. This article held that the factors including the identity of social worker professional values, belief of being a social worker, support from fellow workers, professional accomplishment and so on. The fourth part analyzed the current situation and influence factors that the college students’social workers change the posts in social work industry and leave this industry.This article held that the major factors affecting college students’ social workers were the low salary, job development direction not clear and un-professional work and so on. The fifth part,writer put forward four suggestions from policy, college, social work agency and graduates personal factors.Finally, write summed up the main content and conclusion of this article and put forward the deficiency of the paper, lay the foundation for the better research in the future.
