Since the Smart Education comes into the vision of educational field, the word of wisdom is widely concerned by all educators. Experts and scholars concern about the smart of material, making the wisdom about people to raise the thought of educators once again. How to make students receptive knowledge easier, explore learning more pleasant? How to become the learned to be used better? Those are what the educators closely attentioned. In Information Technology classroom, under the temptation of the computer, how to design the more vivid and attractive classroom activities for the students? How to concern more about the wisdom acquisition and generation of the students in the classroom? These are particularly important.This article based on the actual process of learning activities in Information Technology classroom, take the generation of Learning Activity as the theory basis,for how to design the reasonable and effective learning activities to promote students'as the main question, and gradually carry out research activities. In the process of research, firstly, through literature combing, this article constructs the model of the process of wisdom generation learning activity in the classroom based on the process of learning activity and wisdom generation learning process, and then put forward the relevant elements and strategies of learning activity design. Secondly, based on the teaching analysis, this article propose the appropriate design elements and strategies of learning activities, and use it to guide the teacher to design or implement the learning activities in the Information Technology classroom, and formed a series of learning activities application cases. Finally, from the unit tests and student works to start, this research analyzes and summarizes the feasibility of the process model and strategy of the process of wisdom generation learning activity.The results show that: First, the design elements and strategies of learning activities can reduce the difficulty and the time of teachers' preparation, and give some good guidance to the teachers' learning activities design. Second, the model of the process of wisdom generation learning activity can effectively guide students to generate knowledge system, which has certain positive influence on students' wisdom generation. Therefore, the model of the process of wisdom generation learning activity proposed in this research is effective, which can help teachers to design and implement classroom learning activities to a certain extent, and it is also helpful to cultivate students' ability to construct unit knowledge system, the model has a certain positive effect to the students' wisdom generation in the classroom.
