The rapid development of Internet technology has promoted the development of new media represented by Wechat public platform.The Wechat public platform has permeated all aspects of social life by virtue of its own advantages.University,as an integral part of the social system,have quickly become the space for the survival and development of the Wechat public platform.It should be realized that the research of Wchat public platform on campus is not only the needs of building high quality campus culture,but also the obligation to enrich the theory of campus network culture,what is more,it is the basic requirement for training high quality talents.This paper chooses S university as a case,and adopts literature analysis,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,uses SWOT analysis model,Uses and Gratifications and University cultural theory to define the notions of campus network culture products,creation of products and the cultivating value,to analyze the current situation and problems of the creation of the Wechat public platform on campus,to explore the role of the Wechat public platform in college campus in the process of University Development,analyze the educational value and its concrete form of expression,and finally develop its value of educating people.There are five chapters in this paper.The First chapter is the introduction and summary of the whole thesis;The Second chapter which based on SWOT analysis model,Uses and Gratifications and University cultural theory analyzes the Wechat public platform from the perspective of Management,Communication and Culturology.The Third chapter shows the situations of Wechat public platform of S university.The Fourth chapter focus on the Creation process of Wechat publicplatform of S university.This chapter takes SWOT analysis as prerequisite of creation to make clear the advantages and disadvantages of platform creation,takes precise positioning as the starting point of creation to lead the direction of the creation of Wechat public platform;bases on the concept,principles and strategies of Wechat public platform development,to build the path of the creation of Wechat public platform.The Final chapter discusses the educational value of the campus Wechat public platform from three aspects.This part,based on the System theory,Culturology and Dialectics,analyses the educational value of the campus Wechat public platform from the perspective of university culture;analyses its concrete form of expression and points out that the Wechat public platform on campus has the educational value of seeking truth,guiding one to be virtuous,and unfolding its beauty;tries to strengthen the educational value of the campus Wechat public platform from the perspective of development strategy,the concept of creation,the subjectivity of teachers and students and cultural management.
