Study On The Satisfaction Of Public Service In Largesports Venues In The Yangtze River Delta

The nineteenth National People's Congress pointed out that the main contradiction of our society has been transformed into the contradiction between the growing demand for better life and the unbalanced development of the people.In sports field,that is the contradiction between the increasing sports needs of the people and the imbalance of sports development.A very important aspect is that the development of public sports service can not meet the growing demand of the people.This also makes public sports services become a hot issue in the community.As the main platform and support of public sports service,the quality and level of public sports directly affect the vital interests of fitness residents.Therefore,how to improve the public service capacity and level of large stadiums and Gymnasiums in order to meet people's increasing demand for public services plays an important role in building public sports service system.The Yangtze River Delta is China's most comprehensive economic zone.Not only that,but with the development of economy,the area is also one of the fastest growing areas of public sports facilities in China.Therefore,from the perspective of demand,it is necessary to study the quality of public service of sports venues in the Yangtze River Delta from the perspective of demand,which can provide a more practical plan for the supply of sports venues' public services.In this paper,the Yangtze River Delta region of large stadiums fitness and the satisfaction of the residents as the starting point,according to the relevant theories of public sports services and content,with five large stadiums in Shanghai,Nanjing,Suzhou,Hangzhou as the research object,using literature data,questionnaire survey,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other methods,the Yangtze River Delta region large the stadium public service satisfaction were analyzed and discussed,aims to provide the reference for improving the quality of the Yangtze River Delta region of large stadiums of public services,transportation management system and mechanism reform to provide reference for other regions of the country stadium.The research draws the following conclusions: first,the residents are satisfied with the Yangtze River Delta region stadium public service on the whole,especially the opening up of the sports venues and sports facilities and the environment;second,residents of large stadiums public service of sports organizations with the lowest degree;third,residents rarely get physical monitoring and sports guide services;fourth the residents of the stadium,the demand of public service has individual differences;fifth large stadiums,public service has some shortcomings and deficiencies.To further improve the Yangtze River Delta area residents to provide public sports service satisfaction of public sports venues of the recommendations are as follows: first,people-oriented,and continuously meet the personalized needs of public sports service residents growing;second,improve and strengthen the construction of sports organization and management,improve the service quality of the third venues;and rich contents of sports activities,sports venues to achieve Internet plus;fourth,strengthen the physique monitoring service,enhance venues and fitness guidance services for vulnerable groups;fifth,strengthen the equalization of public sports service.
