| Since rapid economic growth,industrial transformation and upgrading,the domestic labor market environment is becoming increasingly complex.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of labor market and finds out that the main problems of labor market are the high unemployment rate and the high vacancy.At the same time,due to the transformation of the real economy and the upgrading of the industrial structure,the heterogeneity of the objective labor force and the labor market becomes more and more obvious,which increases the difficulty of the successful matching of the unemployed and the vacant posts.Secondly,this paper analyzes the change of labor supply quantity,the change of labor quality and the change of enterprise employment demand in the process of economic transformation,which are the main influencing factors leading to high unemployment rate and high job coexistence,then this paper confirms this through empirical research.In addition,the traditional economic theory based on the labor force homogeneity hypothesis has become more and more limited,and the empirical test cannot study the specific transmission mechanism of the influence of various factors on the labor market.Therefore,this paper will be based on the labor and labor market heterogeneity hypothesis.According to the level of education and the household registration status,the workers will be divided into high-skilled local residents,low-skilled local residents,high-skilled migrant workers,low-skilled migrant workers,then this paper will establish the extended search and matching model to study the specific transmission mechanism of heterogeneous labor force on the labor market equilibrium and this paper will use parameter calibration and simulation analysis method to research on the unbalanced labor market.From the results of empirical research and theoretical analysis,we can find the main reason of the high unemployment rate and high job vacancy is the heterogeneity of labor supply and enterprise demand.The low efficiency of labor market matching makes the unemployed workers and vacancies cannot achieve effective matching,which exacerbates the phenomenon of labor market imbalance.Unbalanced labor market makes the wage gap between heterogeneous labor force continues to expand.Finally,the paper puts forward the feasible policy suggestions to improve and perfect the labor market in China through the labor supply,labor demand and job search and matching aspects. |
