Population and social economy have always been one of the research themes of the academic community. Its rich connotations, extensive coverage, and interweaving, intricate and complicated research are extremely difficult. Before the Qing Dynasty,it was more limited to the level of quantitative records;from the Qing Dynasty to modern times, qualitative research began to emerge, and on this basis, the research gradually shifted to related studies;by the end of the 20 th century, the rapid development of quantitative geography, mathematical methods in population and socio-economic research was Widely used;since the 21 st century, the concept of big data and related technologies have emerged one after another, and they have begun to try to integrate big data technology into population and socio-economic research, but the whole is in the exploration phase and the research scale is relatively small. This article focuses on big data core technologies such as machine learning, neural network models, and SaaS cloud platforms for Chinese population and socio-economic research.Using multi-source data from multiple perspectives to explore China's population and socio-economic spatial and temporal disparities, the data mainly includes the national statistical data of counties and counties,Gaode history and status quo POI data,Fangtianxia and chain homes related data, public comment commercial data,Tencent migration data, etc.Among them,POI data is mainly used to measure the size of cities and social development level;real estate data is based on housing prices as the starting point for people's livelihood, housing prices as a springboard,a macro view of regional housing prices,in order to analyze population and socio-economic issues;business The data focuses on the commercial forms of the city and its complex forms. It shows commercial vigor while embodying regional consumption levels and spending power. It also reflects population and socio-economic related issues on the basis of this;migration data can be very good from the perspective of population mobility.Reflecting the linkages between regions and the agglomeration of macro-scale populations,it is easy to discover from existing research that,on the basis of no policy guidance, advantageous resources including population and economy will gather in better developed cities. The study found that in terms of statistical data,as time goes on,whether it is a district or county scale or a city scale, the development is more and more diverse;the development of different cities in China is uneven, the geographical differences are obvious, and the development of different districts and counties in the same city is also quite different..From the perspective of POI,from the perspective of the status quo,the total volume of POI in cities such as Kita-Upper Guangshen has an absolute advantage, its main functions are increasingly integrated, and the problem of unequal regional development is very prominent. From the perspective of time and space, each region is over time. The holding of POI continues to increase, its development and changes are all in progress, but its development speed is not the same. From the perspective of real estate data, when considering multiple indicators,it was found that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta, and the Pearl River Delta,as well as provincial capital city-related indicators were all at a relatively high level. The north-to-north Guangshen was particularly prominent;from the perspective of research indicators,There is a clear positive correlation between property fees, plot ratios, greening rates, and unit prices.Property fees are particularly noticeable;there is a significant negative correlation between floor number and house price;the correlation between other index factors and house prices is weak. From the perspective of business data, from the three aspects of consumption level, commercial vitality, and market size, the study found that the western region lags behind other regions, and the gradient distribution is obvious for the entire country. From the point of view of migration data, the OD migration flow and spatial unit mapping are carried out at two levels.Among them, from the perspective of the overall OD migration flow, there are obvious four-core structures, namely the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region represented by Beijing and Shanghai City.It is represented by the Yangtze River Delta area, the Pearl River Delta area represented by Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and the Midwest, represented by Chongqing,Chengdu;from the perspective of the temporal and spatial changes in population migration, the overall migration situation of the cities has changed little over time. And the proportion of migration under different modes of transportation in each city is relatively uniform, and the bigger difference lies in the number of migrations. In short, from the perspective of that point of view, the overall population and socioeconomic level of China has a clear gradient distribution and regional differences, especially the differences between the east and west.In addition, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Pearl River Delta region, the Yangtze River Delta region, and a few provincial capital cities or municipalities directly under the Central Government have significantly better comprehensive performance than other regions.Fortunately, although there are obvious regional differences, but from the perspective of the pulse of time and space, cities and regions are all in a rising trend.
