With the rapid development of the urban economy,the scale of population flow has continued to increase,and the number of children flow has also increased.Affected by the urban household registration management system,it is difficult for flow children to enjoy equal rights with urban children.Flow children generally have inadequate peer interaction skills in making friends,and it is difficult to truly integrate into and adapt to urban life.The research object of this article is 4-6 years old flow children among the Children's House service.Taking the observation method,interview method and scaling method are used to analyze the needs of flow children under the joint guidance of social interactive theory and empowerment theory,combined with early childhood education related science education concepts,6 times early education group activities were carried out to fully explore the self-advantages and self-potentials of flow children and reshape the confidence of flow children.Improved their interaction and expression skills,emotional control ability,ability to resolve conflicts,etc.,stimulated their peer interaction initiative,fundamentally enhanced the peer interaction ability of flow children,helped them build their peer group social support network and helped them be integrated into the life of urban society at a fast pace.Social work has the advantages of theoretical guidance,professional methods,and linked resources in solving the problem of flow children's peer interaction,but it also needs flow children's own efforts,family support,and school,community,and social help.Although there are many shortcomings in the research process,but it can be proved that early education group work can improve the peer interaction ability of flow children.
