Generative teaching is a new teaching idea and also a value pursuit,it is of a strong sense of practice.We can see the teacher' s generative teaching as a problem solving process and an operation process,so the generative teaching concept should not only remain in the teacher's brain and consciousness,only by the concrete actual activity can the generative teaching occur and develop well.Facing the strange and in-conceivable questions appearing in the class time and again,what should our teachers' do and response?Facing the text,though the teacher is superior to the student in the scope and depth of knowledge,the ambiguity and openness of the text rejects a standard answer at root and purse interactivity and pluralism.When the new generative resource appear in the class,what should our teachers do in the practice?What do they take advantage of the new resources to give an effective class?What the teachers thinking process and operation process?Can we follow some rules in the process?The questions above is worth thinking about.So this article do research on the teachers' practical logic in generative teaching basing on the practical logic.The teachers' practical logic is a complex process,it is affected by habits,capital,field and situation,what is the teachers' choices in the practical activity?what is the practical logic?This is the structural diagram supporting teachers' practice choices.The generative teaching purse truth,occasion,generation and uncertainly,the teachers' practical logic is also affected by various factors,showing diversity and otherness,but practical logic is a explanatory theory,it is not a qualitative theory,so it can regulate our thought,but it is not the root of the practice.So it is necessary to state that the research on the teachers'practical logic in generative teaching in this article is not for a constant developing route for teachers' generative teaching,but for summarizing and carding the common law in the teachers' generative teaching,in a word,it pursue using a rational illustration to explain the irrational practice,So the research on teachers' practical logic in generative teaching is not violate the original intention of the generative teaching.Based on the above this article research the teachers' practical logic in generative teaching centre in the generating process of generative teaching.The second part is the core part of this article,it will construct the teachers' practical logic in generative teaching based on the presupposition before class?generation in the class and a review after class to illustrate the teachers' practical logic.The main research is the generation in class from a micro perspective to seek the teachers' logic,including the open import phase?the seize and judgement phase?the understand and create phase and the phase of adjustment in action.Of course,the various stages is not exists evidently,this partition is for the research orientation,for grasping the teachers'practical logic deeply and clearly.So the generative teaching is the background of the teachers' practical logic in this research,the teachers' practical logic is the main content of this research,but the research of teachers' practical logic in generative' teaching is for the development of generative teaching,which can make the teachers do generative teaching consciously.
