As domestic gradually strengthen,to the attention of the graduate education of colleges and universities graduate student counselor the profession gradually derived and get certain development,the graduate student counselor is in the nature of the role of the “double habitat”,combined the graduate education and graduate student affairs management of the dual role,its important status in the development of graduate education.As an important role in graduate education,the responsibilities of graduate counselors are very important.A qualified graduate counselor should not only become an “all-around superman”,but also master and apply education and management skills to ensure the sound operation of graduate education mechanism.Graduate student counselors work has practicality,determine its development needs the accumulation of experience,after a long period of practice its growth trajectory is a spiral process,according to its nature of practice,this study selects the Bourdieu's theory of practice logic as the basis,and on this basis to extend more rich“Chinese characteristics”,so in theory to interpret in addition to Bourdieu's practice logic theory and illustrates the role theory of sociology,the basic theory of education will also be the logical definition of education practice and practice in a certain combination of instructions,to combine the two as the theoretical basis of this study.A person's career choice cannot be separated from the influence of his/her education as an educated person,which is brought by family,school and society.In the process of education,people gradually find their own value and finally choose the career they want to struggle for a lifetime.However,after all,“everything is difficult at the beginning”,and it is also a career which is in the embryonic stage of development.At the beginning of choosing a“dual-career”role as a graduate counselor,this group first had a misunderstanding of its own positioning,and both full-time and part-time jobs have more or less problems in the actual work.Due to the complexity of its field,each group related to graduate education has certain relevance,and has different practical contents in different fields in different periods.This research with the aid of Bourdieu's theory of social practice,have full-time graduate student counselor Y from D university teachers and part-time teachers and counselors W the Z,a former graduate student counselor teachers as the main object of study,within the field in colleges and universities on the graduate student to describe all the real shape of counselor work,the objective of present graduate student counselor practice logic system.Through the research on the practical logic of graduate counselors,this paper summarizes the characteristics,characteristics and influencing factors of the practical logic of graduate counselors,so as to generate the action guide for the daily work of graduate counselors and promote the benign and sustainable development of graduate education.
