Empowerment theory is often used in the practice of social work.Logically,as a theory guiding practice,it should be paid attention to by researchers.In fact,it is confused by the social work service oriented by effect,and the presentation of empowerment remains on paper.In practice,it is difficult to characterize the service dynamics caused by power in the process of empowerment and evaluate the real effect of the content of empowerment.As an applied discipline,social work needs to pay attention to the process of knowledge production in its knowledge production and testing.However,considering the particularity of knowledge production and practice process of social work,the process of empowerment is different in different situations,so it is difficult to take a general method to practice the process of empowerment.Although it is difficult to imitate the practical experience in different fields,the thinking and improvement of service process will help social workers to produce their own experience and create the practical logic of social work in a specific field through reflective means.What needs special attention is that migrant children are often labeled as "groups living in the cracks of political factors" in the research.Their acquisition and loss of power are often more sensitive in the practical process,and effective empowerment process is more necessary for migrant children.This study intends to take a newly established children's center as the research field.From the perspective of empowerment practice,aiming at the three perspectives of children's real participation in the practice process,focusing on the reflection of empowerment content,and social workers' reflexive power vigilance,this study abstracts a set of practical logic in a specific field,aiming to provide more migrant children with more reflective attempts in the practice process The empowerment practice provides empirical support to enable more migrant children to participate in the empowerment process of social work in a real and fair way,so as to realize the independent development of children.
