Bullying in schools is a common problem in primary and secondary schools.The central research questions in this thesis are: Describe the performance of the “deceived person” on campus,analyze the social ecology system of the “deceived person”,and the reasons for being bullied.How to use effective casework interventions to help “defrauders” effectively increase their capacity to improve their ability to prevent bullying on campus.The dissertation focuses on the school's "deceived person" and describes the behavior of the bullied person after being bullied.The study found that after encountering campus bullying,the client could not get out of the shadow of being bullied,and the self-perception was biased.He did not receive effective social support and was bullied again.The paper analyzes the social ecosystem where the deceived is located and the reasons for being bullied.The host encountered bullying in the process of adapting to the new environment.After being bullied,the mood was low and there was a psychological shadow.The parental blame and the teacher's neglect caused the owner's self-recognition to have serious deviations,the academic performance was declining,and the parents' incomprehension and companionship.The isolation has a negative impact on their life and learning;the teacher's lack of attention allows the owner to develop serious inferiority complexities.When he faces bullying again,he dares not to ask the teachers and classmates for help.He only chooses to be silent;due to weak legal awareness,the owner does not Know how to use legal weapons when being bullied.The paper explores the process of individual casework to intervene in the empowerment of the school's "deceived." First,the author established a good relationship of trust between the case's mother and the owner.After understanding the behavior of the case's owner,he used the social ecosystem theory and the theory of energy augmentation to adopt a case work method and combined with the interview method to find the case.The problems faced and analyze the reasons.Secondly,we must work out goals with the clients to help them get out of the shadow of being bullied,establish correct self-knowledge,and guide the investigators to enhance their resilience.Finally,improve the methods of communication between the client and the parents,teachers,and classmates,obtain a social support system,increase self-confidence,develop a sense of help for the law,and improve the ability to prevent bullying on campus.From the establishment of a professional relationship,the entire intervention process lasted for nearly a year,with 19 individual interviews and 4 group activities.Through intervention,the owner stepped out of the shadow of being bullied,established correct self-knowledge,gained recognition from parents,teachers,and classmates,increased self-confidence,and strengthened his resilience,achieving the purpose of energy augmentation.However,due to the insufficient attention given to school bullying by the entire school,the training of the legal awareness of the owner needs to be strengthened.Based on this study,it is hoped that the problem of bullying in schools can cause public concern,especially the education department and parents.
