With the constant development of economy in our country,the process of urbanization is gradually accelerated.More and more migrant workers come to work in the cities.Migrant children also become a large-scale social group in the city.Children,the future of a country,and children are also one of the most vulnerable groups in our society today.As for elementary school children,the school is an important place for them to study and live.Adapting to school life is an important task of urbanization.Based on the theories of ecosystem and social adaptation,this study uses the method of group work to intervene in the school adaptation of migrant children from the perspective of social work.Based on the professional practice of A School in Anning District,Lanzhou City,Gansu Province,taking the floating children in the school as an example,the author uses the overall interactivity of social ecosystem theory to comprehensively analyze the connection and interaction between floating children and other systems.Observation,questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews,and analyzed the current situation and causes of school adaptation of migrant children from four aspects: learning adaptation,behavior adaptation,psychological adaptation and interpersonal relationship adaptation.At the same time,based on the needs analysis,we formulate specific intervention programs for the clients and conduct feasible practical processes.Through the implementation of group activities,migrant children have a positive and positive understanding of self-awareness and learning attitudes and habits,handle life and The ability to encounter difficulties in learning has also improved.In addition,during the course of carrying out the service,the clients accepted the author more than expected and showed their consistent approval of the service forms and contents of the group activities.This shows that the group activities objectively helped migrant children solve some practical problems and stimulate them,improving their ability to cope with life and learning problems,and to some extent improve and enhance their school adaptability.
