With the promotion of the high education, people are paying more and more attention to the education quality. In30years, the promotion of high vocational education must turn to inner construction from the extensive development, especially the teaching quality of high vocational education, which is a burning question. In all the elements restricting higher vocational colleges to improve the teaching quality and level of development, teachers are very important.At present, higher vocational colleges and universities teachers’practical ability is not strong, the overall quality of teachers’team cannot fully adapt to the higher vocational colleges and universities teaching and social needed condition is the existing objective. In the circumstances, higher vocational colleges teacher’s double-teacher quality training to appear especially important and must, also every higher vocational colleges is one of the important issues everywhere.This article is written from the aspect of higher vocational colleges and universities teaching quality, through the investigation, this paper discusses the problems in teaching quality. There are many problems in higher vocational colleges which are put forward to improve the quality of teaching strategies and methods, so as to promote the overall development of the higher vocational education. The full paper is divided into six parts. The first part illustrates the research background, purpose, significance, thinking and method of higher vocational education, the teaching quality and the "double-teacher type" as the concept definition and review, and expounds the related theoretical basis and policy basis. The second part, analyses the development of higher vocational colleges of the history, status quo and problems in history, and summarized the Germany, the United States and Japan in higher vocational teaching and the characteristics of the enlightenment, which can be used for reference for the education experience. The third part, through three representative higher vocational colleges in Hubei province were investigated, in order to truly revealed higher vocational colleges at present problem. The fourth part, promotes the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges countermeasures. The author concluded from the macro, meso and micro concludes three aspects for depth analysis. The fifth part, with " double-teacher type " teachers as a breakthrough and to raise the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges, based on the higher vocational teachers " double-teacher type " construction of training strategy. The sixth part is peroration summarized the whole article.In our country,"double-teacher type" team construction in higher vocational colleges both theoretical research and practice to explore all have just started, expect this research can provide some revelation and reference.
