Positive organizational behavior studies organizations from a positive perspective and focuses on those positive factors that can be measured and exploitable that affect the health of the organization.The class has the characteristics of various social organizations,has clear organizational goals,strict organizational norms and a sound organizational structure,so the class is also an organization.Based on the perspective of positive organizational behavior,this study found that class organizations have poor conditions in students' psychological capital,class team cooperation,class teacher leadership style,and class culture.Therefore,it is necessary to study the health of class organizations.In this study,a questionnaire survey and interview method were used to randomly select 10 classes of grade 5 and 6 of T Primary School in Y City,Shanxi Province,as the objects of investigation.From the perspective of active organizational behavior,422 questionnaires on the factors affecting the health of class organization were issued and 380 valid questionnaires were collected.The questionnaires were divided into the following four dimensions: students' psychological capital,class group cooperation.In order to provide reference and inspiration for promoting class organization health,the class teacher leadership style and class culture are summarized in combination with the materials obtained through interviews with scholars.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction,which mainly sorts out the causes of the influencing factors of class organization's health,the significance of research,the related research status,core concepts,and research methods of this issue at home and abroad.This section mainly discusses the theory of organizational health that has been achieved.The results laid the foundation for this study.The second part analyzes the perspectives of class organization health research,integrates the understanding of organizational health from the perspective of positive organizational behaviors and the influencing factors,and the discussion of class organizations,through thinking and analysis of positive organizational behaviors,and combining class organizations' own Characteristics,thus building a healthy dimension of class organization,including students' psychological capital,class team cooperation,class teacher leadership style,and class culture.The third part is about the current status of primary school class organization health.This section mainly uses SPSS13.0 to analyze the health status of primary school class organizations.Through the description of the overall status of the primary school class and the students' psychological capital,cooperation of the class team,the leadership style of the class teacher,and the four dimensions of the class culture,as well as the analysis of the overall level and differences,it is found that there are obvious differences between healthy and unhealthy class organizations.The organizational health status is a comprehensive reflection of the influence of multiple factors,and the factors that affect the health of the class organizations can be more microscopic.Students' attitudes to learning and attitudes to life affect the student's mental health.The level of student's competition and cooperation influences class team cooperation.Class systems and class discipline affect class culture.Teacher-student trust affects class leader leadership style.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems existing in the primary school class organization health.In this part,the evaluation methods and standards of healthy class organization are expounded,and the problems existing in class organization are obtained.Through the investigation,it is found that students have less psychological capital,less cooperation in class groups,general leadership style of class teachers,and a series of problems in the construction of class culture.The fifth part is the analysis of the influencing factors of primary school class organization health.In this part,according to the method of questionnaire and the contents of interview about the class teacher and the students,the influence factors of the class organization health are analyzed in detail,and the causes of the problems in these factors are analyzed in detail,and the attribution of these factors is given.The school and class teacher do not pay attention to the class organization health,the ability of the class teacher is insufficient,the student's incorrect idea and so on will lead to the above problems.The sixth part is the strategy to optimize class organization's health.This part mainly focuses on the status and problems of the primary school class organization's health,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies,mainly including the following aspects: improving the students' psychological capital level and constructing a class good psychological environment;We will cultivate students' values of correct cooperation,actively develop cooperative learning and training,strengthen the professionalism of head teachers,and improve the leadership style of class teachers;strengthen the understanding of the value of class culture and create a comprehensive and effective class culture to promote the healthy development of class organizations.
