Classes are the basic units of education and teaching of schools. And the class management is the most essential part of the school management. The well-done of the class management plays a very important role in the fulfillment of the educational tasks and goals. Classes are also places where the management of students is achieved. Different times and different educational situations have different requirements on the class management. Therefore, the exploration of successful model of the class management deserves researching by every education administrator and head teachers. The development of the society and the progress of the times call for talents, the essential part of which is the quality of people. How to motivate people's subjective consciousness, promote and shape people's subjectivity is becoming the new pursuit of modern education. In order to realize the scientific management of classes, the idea of human-centered in the management of enterprises is used for reference and study in the theory of the modern class management by applying the theory of Organization Behavior relating to the cognition of humanity, the shaping of value conception, the inspiration of individuals and the cultivation of team to fulfill the class management, which is beneficial to promoting the fulfillment of the educational goals. Through the research into the adaptability of the theory of organizational identification in Organizational Behavior to the class management, this text probes into efficient strategies of the class management.In the course of research and study, views are formed as follows:Firstly, class organizational identification can be achieved through two dimensions such as building trust within the organization of class and promoting the management standard of class culture. Thus, teachers and students will take an active part in class affairs in a common effort, promoting the development of the class organization.Secondly, the text discusses three important aspects of building trust within the organization of class, which are forming a new-fashioned and democratic relationship between teachers and students, developing good affection-based peer relation and constructing a mature class run by students themselves with strong cohesive force. This will accelerate the fulfillment of the class organizational goals.Finally, with the effective construction of the class culture including thought, goals, morality as well as value system, consensus of value system, ideology and behavioral approach can be formed, strengthening the sense of belonging and common identification of the members of the class.
