Class is an organization with clear organizational goals, strict organizational rules and perfect institution. The organization of class is the place important less than the family where the students live. Different environment of the class produces different effects on students’ physical and mental health, and personality development. Healthy growth of students can not be separated from the healthy environment in class. Therefore, as the health of individuals, class organization health is crucial.In order to construct dimensions of class organizational health, this research first uses open questionnaire to invest teachers and students in middle schooi on the questions "How to measure class organizational health? What are the influence factors?" After summarizing the survey results, the factors that measure and affect class organizational health are:The first factor is teacher’s management. The second is class cohesion. The third is system of class management. The forth is cleanness of class. The fifth is relationship between teachers and students. The sixth is students’ achievements. The seventh factor is class discipline. The eighth factor is students’ behavior. Then this research uses method of literature to construct dimensions of class organizational health. By studying the domestic and foreign literature about class organizational health, drawing lessons from their theories and research results, and combining these with comprehensive open questionnaire survey results, this study constructed four dimensions of class organizational health:The first factor is system of class, the second factor is trust in class, the third one is class cohesion, and the last one is leading style of teacher in charge. Then, this paper draws on questionnaire of class atmosphere, questionnaire of class environment, and OHI(organizational health inventory designed by Hoy, and design questionnaire of class organizational health according to the four dimensions.This research does a questionnaire survey on three classes in No.8middle school. After the test, the questionnaire has good reliability and validity. The research gives diagnosis and detailed analysis on the health of three classes. The research shows, class organizational health is comprehensive reflection of multidimentional, multifactorial class organizational state, and there are obvious differences between healthy and unhealthy classes.Research is more than this, it analyzes the influence factors of class organizational health in detail and in depth. It analyzes the reason why the class organization is unhealthy from four dimensions:system of class, class, trust in class, class cohesion and leading style of teacher in charge.Finally, this paper suggests establishing healthy class organization with "law" trust, unity and prestige. Maybe it can give class managers some reference.
