Due to the large-scale,open,and online characteristics of MOOC that rely on Internet technology,this new teaching model that shares the world's high-quality educational resources on the Internet platform is highly sought after.In recent years,with the prevalence of admonishment,a lot of research has been carried out by the educational educators on MOOC,involving a wide range of subject areas,and progress has been made.However,in the field of sports,there are few research results and the related research on MOOC practice is not deep enough.Under the current background that the professional sports skills for postgraduate students in the physical education teaching profession in China cannot meet the needs of the society,this article attempts to apply the existing physical education teaching resources to the special sports skills of the physical education teaching graduates to explore the MOOC lessons.Practical application effects in the sports field.In this paper,we mainly conduct research through literature,interview,observation,experimental design,mathematical statistics and other methods.From the perspective of the nature,origin and development of MOOC,and the effects of MOOC,the paper analyzes domestic and international research results,and emphasizes the necessity of this research in combination with the current low level of special sports skills for postgraduates of physical education majors.This study focused on 12-week teaching experiments to explore the effectiveness of MOOC in the application of specialized motor skills for postgraduates majoring in physical education.Taking 38 postgraduates majoring in physical education teaching at Liaoning Normal University as the experimental subjects,and basketball as the content of the special sports study,the experimental group mainly used basketball lessons to learn basketball special skills,while the control group learned through traditional sports classrooms,and tested the experiment.Before and after the changes in students' physical fitness and basketball skills indicators,the experimental results were analyzed and the following conclusions were drawn.1.For the specific group of graduate students majoring in physical education teaching,compared with traditional physical education classrooms,learning by using MOOC can significantly improve the students' basketball special skill level,and it also has a promoting effect on the special physical quality.2.There is a large amount of free time that can be freely managed during the master's degree.In the absence of teacher guidance,MOOC can provide reliable guidance for students' independent learning.The questions and questions left by students in the physical education class can be answered through the admonition platform.Therefore,relying on its own unique advantages,MOOC can supplement the traditional classroom.
