With the popularity of mobile terminals, and the development of the Internet and mobile communication technology, the way people learn is changing. Mobile learning not only makes it possible to learn anytime and anywhere, but also creates the conditions for lifelong learning. However, the key to success of mobile learning lies in the user’s acceptance of mobile learning. Therefore, the research focuses on factors affecting the acceptance of mobile learning.Firstly, the research reviews the theories and models in the field of technology acceptance, and chooses the UTAUT model as the theoretical basis which has a higher explanatory power. Then it summarizes the relevant researches of acceptance of mobile learning. According to the individual characteristics of university students, the research adds three new variables of the perceived playfulness, perceived cost and personal innovativeness to build the extended UTAUT model of mobile learning user’s acceptance.This research also puts forward 13 relevant research hypotheses.Secondly, the research works out the questionnaire by learning form the related mature scales at home and abroad. It collects data by posting the questionnaire online.Using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS17.0, it analyses the descriptive statistics, reliability and validity of the data. Using AMOS17.0, it validates the research model. By model fitting and evaluation, it confirms the validity of the research model and judges whether the research hypothesis is true. Then the research model is modified.Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, the research finds six influence factors of university students` acceptance of mobile learning. They are perceived playfulness, social influence, performance expectancy, personal innovativeness, effort expectancy and perceived cost. Gender, grade and the frequency of use play a regulatory role in the research model. Combined with the present situation of university students`mobile learning, the research provides suggestions for promoting the development of university students` mobile learning according to the six influence factors.
