allocate,education-oriented.With the further development of education reform and the enlargement of the scale of elementary education,the teaching management of primary schools is becoming more and more complicated.Primary school teaching director,as a full-time teaching management body in the management system of grass-roots schools,is one of the key candidates to play an important role in the smooth operation of the whole school management system and the continuous improvement of school teaching management efficiency.However,through the author's actual teaching director experience and the surrounding rural primary school teaching director of the exchange of observation,found that rural primary school,the teaching director of the work of the group is busy and inefficient.It is considered that neglecting primary education director is one of the important reasons for the professional development of the core members of the school teaching management team.Therefore,paying attention to the professional development of primary school teaching Director is particularly urgent and important for improving the level of primary school education management and promoting the quality and connotation of school running.This article uses the narrative research method,taking the author itself as the research object,based on his own one year real teaching director's experience,has recorded in detail the author in the role localization,the school-based teaching and research,the interpersonal communication and so on aspect does the thought.I recognize the problems and puzzles in the professional development of the new teachers in rural primary schools,all of which are the full disclosure of the true feelings of the new teachers.Based on this,the author analyzes in detail the internal and external factors that affect the new teachers in rural primary schools.The internal factors include the inaccurate orientation of the new teaching director;the weak will of professional development;the requirement of professional development but the lack of planning.External The main factors include the lack of pre-job training for rural primary school teachers,and the unclear responsibilities of rural primary school teaching directors.The study holds that,whether in the renewal of school teaching management concepts and methods,or in the understanding and planning of one's own professional development,the group of teaching directors in rural primary schools is still basically at the level of personal groping and natural accumulation of experience.There are few relevant educational research institutions and educational administrations concerned about the working status of the rural primary school teaching directors group and conducting guidance and training for the professional development of rural primary school teachers,This makes the actual working state of the rural primary school teaching director in the school daily teaching management and its position should play a key role can not really match,and then caused the school daily teaching.Learning management is inefficient and blind.Based on the analysis of the relevant factors affecting the professional development of rural primary school teaching directors,it is concluded that the professional development of primary school teachers can be promoted through three aspects: education administration,school organization,and the improvement of teachers' own literacy.In order to improve the daily working state of primary school teaching director group,and then achieve the purpose of improving the teaching management level of primary school and stabilizing the school teaching order.
