"Seek relaxation and enjoyment in the six arts",the educational thought of Confucius,proposes to perfect one's character and morals and become a "perfect man" in the artistic life.Its core is reflected in "seek relaxation and enjoyment",which not only refers to the experiences in the reality,but also includes creating the sense of freedom in art.Only the combination of "seek relaxation for the body" and "seek relaxation for the heart" can the purpose of perfect man education be achieved.The current society emphasizes the integrity of physical and mental development of the students,pay attention to the cultivation of practical ability and creativity,which makes the inheritance and development of the ancient education thoughts play important roles in the contemporary education.This paper is based on this background,takes "seek relaxation and enjoyment in the six arts" as the teaching thought guideline,to analyze the current situation and existing problems of current art teaching in high school,and put forward the teaching strategies of integrating the class teaching with life observation,paying attention to the students' emotional development and improving the students' creativity accomplishment.And research and design the teaching activity of art personal letter in middle school through the teaching practice in Wenzhou High School of Arts.Try hard to permeate the ideological implication of "seek relaxation and enjoyment" to the process of art teaching,and introduce it into the specific works,develop the general art course with the creativity.To provide a new train of thought and reference for the reformation of the high school,especially the art courses in the high school with art characteristics.
