As the main body of higher education institutions,college teachers are the main force in the construction and development of colleges and universities.Their professional happiness is not only the embodiment of their own professional emotional state,but also the growth and education of students,the prospect of colleges and universities and the development of national strong country education.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the current situation of college teachers' professional well-being and to study the operability strategies to improve the professional happiness of college teachers.This study compiled a questionnaire on the professional well-being of college teachers by consulting the data,drawing on relevant theories and research,conducting a questionnaire survey on 154 teachers in 6 Hangzhou universities,and interviewing 4college teachers.The study found that:(1)the overall situation of college teachers' professional happiness is not optimistic,between "general happiness and relatively happy".(2)The six impact factors of salary,school management,work environment,work itself,interpersonal relationship and self-realization have a significant impact on the professional happiness of college teachers.(3)Among the six influencing factors,salary is the primary factor,followed by school management,self-realization,work itself,working environment,and interpersonal relationship.Finally,from the four levels of teachers,schools,society and government,the author puts forward some feasible countermeasures to improve the professional happiness of college teachers.
