| Due to the restrictions of enrollment policy,technical schools are often the "Recycle Bin" of students from ordinary high schools and vocational colleges.This part of students' cultural foundation is weak,lack of rule consciousness.Simply relying on appreciation education can not achieve the ideal effect of education.Education punishment plays an important role in the management of technical school students.Due to various reasons,there are many problems in the process of implementing educational punishment,which affect the normal process of educational activities in technical schools.How to standardize the implementation of educational punishment in technical schools is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper is divided into five parts to discuss and study a series of related problems of education and punishment in technical schools.The first part is introduction.This part first briefly introduces the reason and purpose of discussing the educational punishment in technical schools,and then makes a literature review on the thought and practice of educational punishment at home and abroad,mainly including three aspects: the punishment view of educators at home and abroad,the research on educational punishment methods,and the research on Educational punishment principles.Finally,three research methods are introduced.The second part,the relevant theory of education punishment in technical school.This part first analyzes the concepts related to educational punishment and dissects the connotation of educational punishment clearly.Then,it expounds the theoretical basis of educational punishment from the perspective of philosophy and psychology.Finally,through discussing the particularity of the technical school education punishment,the necessity of studying the technical school education punishment is clarified.The third part is the research on the current situation of educational punishment in senior technical school of J district.This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of education and punishment of senior technical school in J district through questionnaires and interviews.The fourth part,the problems and attribution in the process of the implementation of educational punishment in technical schools.Through the analysis of the survey results,find out the existing problems,and analyze the causes of the problems.The fifth part,the technical school implementation education punishment optimization strategy.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes in the implementation of educational punishment in technical schools,this paper puts forward some strategies to optimize the implementation of educational punishment,including: improving the laws and regulations of educational punishment;optimize the management system of education and punishment in technical schools;improve the comprehensive quality of teachers' education and punishment;create a good social environment for education and punishment;improve the self-efficacy of technical school students. |
