With the deepening of education reform,physical education curriculum reform has entered a new historical stage.The ministry of education promulgated in 2003 and again in 2017,respectively,revised the "ordinary high school physical education curriculum standard"(hereinafter referred to as "standard"),in the "standard" emphasize upon all of the students,to "take the student as this",cultivate the students' sports interest and specialty,let the students choose the teaching curriculum,training students to develop lifelong exercise consciousness.New curriculum standard emphasizes to cultivate students core literacy,carry out quality education,pay attention to students' interest,improve the enthusiasm of students take the initiative to participate in sports,to cultivate the consciousness of scientific exercise habits,the reform of high school physical education teaching implementation options.High school sports option teaching has broken the traditional teaching mode,teaching content more colorful,more diversified teaching methods,teaching evaluation is more flexible,in large part to the physical and mental development characteristics and law of high school students,to meet the exercise needs of students,promote the development of students' physical and mental health.Basketball is one of the favorite sports for high school students.However a survey found that during lesson a lack of systematic tactics for the game was being taught,simply they were not teaching enough content containing systematic tactics.Teaching.They found that the teaching content is simple,they also found that in the literature survey about basketball class technology and tactics to cultivate the students' ability to comprehend literature,the students have mastered the skills needed in basketball class,learned what tactics,how to train the ability of technology and tactics,it is necessary for further research.This article used the literature method,interview method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and logical method research methods,such as the high school basketball teaching in henan investigation and study,understand the ability of students to grasp tactics,combining and summing up successful experience,puts forward solutions to existing problems,in order to promote students improve the ability of basketball,and to promote the development of basketball teaching better options provide a reference basis.The research draws the following conclusions:1.Henan provincial demonstration high school has a long time to set up basketball classes.Most schools have been open for more than five years,and all have started to teach basketball in the first year of high school.Most schools can meet the teachers' teaching needs of basketball skills and tactics.The basketball option class generally has too many students.2.Most of the teachers will train students interest,to make the students master the skill,familiarize with the project of basic movements and make students consciously master sports skills to participate in sports activities and competitions to training students' technique target.In the teaching of basketball technology,most of the teachers' technical and tactical content students can be completed,and a small number of students think that it is difficult for them to learn basketball skills and tactics.The majority of students think that teachers should be able to carry out the content in accordance with the skills and tactics of the students.The students think that the teaching mode and method of teachers are new and that they like teachers' class.Most teachers will designate groups to allow students to practice communication.3.Most students to the school basketball option teaching supporting,and most of the students choose the basketball options lesson is also because hobbies,to choose the purpose of basketball,most of the students is to improve health,enhance physical fitness,there are a few students think their own foundation,can effectively increase the movement technical level,can also relax,and restore physical strength.4.Model high schools in henan province have all special classes available and class unified arrangements divided.Teachers in teaching content,most teachers choose simple easy to content,a small number of teachers will take into account the students want to learn the content and strong practical tactics.Most teachers focus on basic technical teaching,lack of tactical content teaching,and the proportion of offensive tactics is higher than that of teaching defensive tactics.Most students want to learn more basic skills and tactics,and a few students want to learn more about the umpire contest.The majority of students have a good grasp of basic basketball skills and are not optimistic about basketball tactics.5.In basketball class study,most of the teachers think students in the learning process is in a state of positive,students prefer to play basketball,the vast majority of the students' movement technical level,can master what they have learned basic basketball skills and also to enhance the physical fitness,a few students have developed the habit of physical exercise,set up the lifelong sports consciousness,most of the students in their spare time will often take part in the basketball sports.6.In the basketball teaching evaluation system,the vast majority of teachers chose the evaluation by using the method of knowledge and skills,have a few teachers will see the students usually study attitude,cordiality,we evaluate the performance and the spirit of cooperation,the majority of students believe increase basketball teaching evaluation can effectively stimulate learning enthusiasm.7.The main problem of basketball teaching in henan province is that the proportion is low,and the proportion of basketball option teaching in demonstration high school is less than 10%.Basketball classes have a large number of students and the level of students is too different to be treated differently.The teaching techniques and tactics of teachers are not systematic,the tactics content is less,the teaching is not rigorous,there is the situation of free-range teaching;It is not clear to students' final assessment criteria,and students participate in extracurricular basketball activities and competitions.8.To promote the skills and tactics of students in basketball option classes,and to enhance the teaching and publicity of sports options,and pay more attention to the cultivation of students' skills;The implementation of the hierarchical teaching,the students' skills and tactics basic ability to separate teaching,select the subject content,the course content structure,improve the students comprehensive ability;We will increase the assessment of basketball options,establish a multi-learning evaluation system,set up extracurricular activities,and increase the intramural leagues;We will increase the teachers' strength of basketball teaching knowledge and strengthen the retraining of basketball sports teachers.
