Curriculum reform is a hot topic in the physical education of middle school in China.The curriculum standards of physical education and health are also in the process of reform and practice,fully integrating practice,absorbing suggestions from all sides,and constantly revising and improving.The revised curriculum standards emphasize the importance of physical education and health courses for students’ healthy growth,and define the direction of curriculum reform guided by “core literacy” to provide effective guidance and advice for the development of school sports.Most physical education teachers lack attention and thinking about the standards of physical education and health curriculum,and have not conducted relevant in-depth research.At the same time,in order to respond to physical fitness tests,some schools have put physical education and health courses into physical fitness test classes,and the content of the class is boring;students are free to choose the sports option class,only practicing a few technical exercises at the end of the evaluation,leading to students I don’t like physical education classes,the participation in the classroom is not high,and the learning effect is not ideal.In the face of many problems,middle school sports must be further reformed and tried.This thesis closely combines the guiding ideology and curriculum requirements of the "Senior High School Sports and Health Course(2017 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as "Course Standards(2017 Edition)"),analyzes and constructs the theoretical basis of the "in-class integration" teaching model and The implementation path is based on the Guangzhou 89 Middle School basketball option class.And design the teaching plan,including the setting of student learning objectives,the choice of teaching content,the construction of the evaluation system,etc.,and conduct a one-semester teaching experiment.Study the impact of this teaching model on students’ athletic ability(physical and motor skills),learning interests and attitudes,affective performance and cooperation,healthy behavior and sports morality.Explore the reasons for the change and provide reference for the promotion and implementation of the teaching model.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,the statistical analysis of the experimental results was carried out to compare the changes of the indicators before and after the experiment.The study concluded the following conclusions:(1)The teaching model constructed in this paper can improve students’ physicalquality more effectively.After a semester of teaching experiments,although the traditional current teaching mode can improve the physical fitness of some students,there is no obvious progress,and even some slight decline,while the physical quality of the experimental group students is more obvious,the experimental group and The p values of the indicators in the control group were all less than 0.05,and there were significant differences.The traditional current sports option class(girl class),which focuses on technical learning and technical practice,does not combine technology and physical fitness exercises.(2)This paper constructs a physical education teaching model,which can improve students’ basketball special skills more effectively.The teaching model implemented by the experimental group is based on the requirements of the curriculum standards and content of the Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition).Combined with the guiding ideology of integration,the basketball module learning objectives were formulated,and the teaching content and competition mode were designed.Through various ways to stimulate students’ interest in practice,cultivate students’ self-learning ability and improve learning effect.Compared with the control class,the experimental class students have more significant improvements in both technical evaluation and compliance.(3)The teaching model constructed in this thesis is based on the overall development of students.It not only pays attention to the development of students’ physical ability(physical and sports skills),but also pays attention to the performance of all aspects of sports learning.The "High School Basketball Optional Learning Self-Assessment Scale" was used as a measurement tool.After the experiment,the results of the survey were compared to show that the "in-class integration" teaching mode enhances students’ interest in learning and learning attitude,affective performance and cooperation spirit,healthy behavior and sports.The moral character is better than the current teaching model. |
