China is a big country in agriculture.Rural education is the main body of basic education in China.However,the gap between rural and urban education resources is too large,which also makes the quality of education in rural areas and cities have a big gap.In this regard,China has now begun to pay more attention to rural education.In the 13 th Five-Year Plan,it has proposed to accelerate the standardization of public schools in urban and rural compulsory education,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,and promote education equity.The teaching environment is an important factor influencing the teaching effect.The environment affects the teaching process of teachers and the learning process of students.Sports disciplines are different from other disciplines because of their own characteristics.Therefore,the physical education environment is more open than other teaching environments and is more susceptible to many factors.Physical education classes are more susceptible to the teaching environment than other courses.The state also put forward clear requirements for strengthening physical education in schools at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,with emphasis on the deployment of physical education and extracurricular physical exercise.The physical education environment in rural areas is still worse than the urban physical education environment.It is more easily affected by different factors.The number of rural primary schools is even more than the number of rural junior high schools and high schools.The physical education of research on the physical education environment in rural primary schools.Therefore,attaching importance to improving the physical education environment in rural primary schools and actively creating a good physical education environment in rural primary schools will help improve the quality of physical education in rural primary schools and achieve better results in physical education.This dissertation uses literature,survey,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to conduct a detailed investigation on the current situation of the physical education environment in rural primary schools in Hebi City,and understands the basics of the physical education environment in rural primary schools in the city.Situation,found the existing problems,and then put forward the corresponding development countermeasures,to provide a useful reference for the improvement of physical educationenvironment and the improvement of physical education teaching quality in rural primary schools in Hebi City.research shows:1.In the investigation of the physical education environment of rural primary schools in Hebi City,it was found that the sports grounds were lacking and could not meet the demands of daily physical education.Although there were many types of sports equipment,teachers and students used very little,and the maintenance of the venues and equipment needed to be improved..The development of physical education classes is vulnerable to the influence of the natural environment.The class size is small and the class space is fairly suitable.The classroom atmosphere in sports is relatively active,the interpersonal relationship between teachers and students is good,and the relationship between teachers and teachers is also very harmonious.The construction of the teaching staff is irrational.It lacks physical education teachers and lacks post-employment training for physical education teachers.However,the school's sports atmosphere is not strong.There are fewer sports games,sports events and sports competitions.It should also be increased.The publicity of sports knowledge is not in place,and it needs to step up publicity efforts.The school leaders' attention to school sports is not enough and should be strengthened.Hebi Rural Primary School lacks perfect sports management system.2.School leaders do not pay enough attention to sports.There is a lack of a sound and standardized sports system management system.In the daily physical education teaching,the sports grounds are not able to meet the needs of daily physical education.There is a lack of sports grounds and some of the existing venues are unreasonable.The utilization rate of sports equipment is not high.The maintenance of sports fields and sports equipment is not in place.,update not timely.The construction of the teaching staff is relatively backward,lacking professional sports teachers,and lacking training for post-employment learning of existing physical education teachers.The atmosphere of school sports is not strong and there is no publicity of sports knowledge and projects.3.For the problems existing in the physical education environment of rural primary schools in Hebi City,the following improvement strategies are proposed: expanding the sources of school sports funding,enriching and beautifying the physical education environment;improving the utilization and utilization of sports equipment,and reasonably maintaining the site And equipment.Combining the characteristics of the surrounding environment in rural Hebi City,we will provide services for physical education and makereasonable arrangements for physical education.To increase sporting events and sports activities and to strengthen the dissemination of sports knowledge in schools,strengthen the school leaders' emphasis on sports subjects,improve the rural school sports management system,increase the post-service training of serving sports teachers,and actively introduce highly educated sports teachers.In order to improve the quality of physical education and other suggestions.
