The gradual decline of students' physical health level has aroused the great attention of the party and the government.The 18 th national congress of the party put forward the idea of "striving to do a good job in education satisfying the people".School physical education,as an important part of school education,plays an important role in enhancing students' physical health and cultivating students' awareness of lifelong physical education.Under the background of curriculum reform of basic education in China,the development and utilization of curriculum resources have been gradually attached importance to by Chinese educators.For school physical education,the development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources is an important part of school physical education and a guarantee and support for better development of school physical education.Therefore,we should attach great importance to the development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources and apply all available resources to the teaching of physical education in primary and secondary schools in China.In this paper,using literature method,survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis of hebi city 12 junior high school physical education curriculum resource development and utilization of question has carried on the detailed investigation,find out the hebi city junior high school physical education curriculum resources development and utilization of the main existing problems,and analyzed its reason,then put forward the corresponding development countermeasure.The research results are as follows:1.The proportion of male physical education teachers in junior high school in Hebi City is higher than that of female teachers.The age structure,academic status and professional title structure are reasonable.2.Hebi City Junior High School teaches theoretical class content with textbooks,but the content of practical courses such as bocce ball throwing,national folk traditional sports,and emerging sports are not used in ordinary teaching.3.The equipment of the school in Hebi City Junior High School can basically meet the requirements of teaching and training,but in the spare time,the venue equipment is open and the teachers use the resources of the surrounding community sports facilities to a low level.4.The morning exercises and inter-class exercises in the junior middle school of Hebi City were in good condition.5.Physical education teachers in Hebi City Junior High School have a wide range of sports information,but the use of computer networks and multimedia technology is low.6.The development and utilization of natural geographical resources in the middle school of Hebi City is insufficient.7.The factors influencing the development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources in Hebi Junior High School include: the educational concept of physical education teachers,the importance and support of leadership,the investment of sports funds,the structure of teachers' knowledge ability,the awareness of teachers' curriculum resources development,and the school's school-running ideas.The most important influencing factors are the educational concept of the physical education teachers and the attention and support of the leaders.Based on the survey results,the following suggestions are made:1.The government and school leaders should pay attention to sports in their thinking,increase investment in sports funds,and improve the salary of physical education teachers.2.When selecting the content of physical education,the school adapts to local conditions,combines the characteristics of students' physical and mental development,appropriately transforms the traditional resources of the people,and promotes the throwing ball to the middle school physical education classroom to form the characteristics of the school.3.The school shall arrange the venue equipment maintenance personnel and managers to register the sports equipment borrowed by the students.The physical education teachers shall give full play to the functions of the venue equipment “multiple use of one thing” and “use of multiple things”;Some resources make some simple sports equipment.4.Physical education teachers should actively participate in physical education teacher training,physical education curriculum standard training,to strengthen their teaching skills,update educational concepts and teaching methods,and improve their awareness and ability to develop and utilize physical education curriculum resources.5.Make full use of modern information media,strengthen the awareness and development of physical education teachers for information technology,continuously enrich and update the resources of school physical education curriculum,and improve the physical education teaching work of schools through television media and other means as much as possible.
