Rural middle school students in rural areas of culture and education base, is the cradle of talent training, the development and construction in rural areas is closely related to. Jishou City, located in the western Hunan Province, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in the south, 4 Street, under the jurisdiction of 5 towns, 7 village, rural middle school has more than 10.Research on ecological environment problems of teaching of rural middle school sports in Jishou city by using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews and other methods. Using principal component analysis of the main factors that influence the middle school sports teaching environment in rural areas of Jishou City, analysis and descriptive statistical method, which includes the policy environment, sports venues and facilities, students on sports cognition, course time arrangement is reasonable, the degree of relationship between teachers and students, the relationship among students, sports tradition and atmosphere, sports teaching evaluation physical education teaching content, evaluation of nine common factors, through data analysis to calculate the each factor score, and then discusses the ecological level.Study on the evaluation system of sports, including policy environment, facilities, students on sports cognition, course time arrangement is reasonable, the relationship between teachers and students, students, sports tradition and atmosphere, teaching evaluation methods and contents of nine factors 32 factors. Analysis of rural middle school students facilities, Jishou six ecological factors on the level of awareness, physical education students, sports tradition and atmosphere, teaching evaluation and teaching evaluation content is low; the ecological level of teachers and students of sports policy environment, relationships, time arrangement is reasonable degree the three common factor is high. Six aspects of the main factors restricting the Jishou city rural middle school sports teaching environment and ecology of the venues and facilities, students’ cognitive level, physical education students, sports tradition and atmosphere, teaching evaluation and teaching evaluation etc.. In order to promote the Jishou city rural middle school sports teaching environment, put forward to strengthen the rural schools in Jishou city sports venue construction, strengthen students’ physical education curriculum theory of learning, cultivate students’ ability of interpersonal communication, promotion of sports knowledge, sports events held in normalization, development of special physical education curriculum, the seven countermeasures to perfect the evaluation system of physical education curriculum etc..
