In China's rural schools,rural physical education teachers are seriously lack of resources,most of physical education teachers are just part-timers.Because of that,students lack correct understanding for sports or physical education class,couldn't master sports skills in the course of class and achieve the quality education goals in sports activities.What's more,professional physical education teachers have seriously weaken the quality of physical education because the subject is not valued and the professional recognition is low.The research direction of a large number of literature is the investigation of the current situation of rural teachers.In the aspect of topic selection,little attention has been paid to the team of rural physical education teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to go deep into the work and life of rural physical education teachers.According to the school environment,social relationship environment,policy environment,social and cultural environment of rural primary school physical education teachers,this study makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the occupational ecological environment of rural primary school physical education teachers,and puts forward some targeted suggestions according to the survey results,in order to provide effective reference for optimizing the occupational ecological environment of rural physical education teachers.This study studied the occupational ecological environment of PE teachers who participated in a public welfare project through literature review,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.Findings:1.In the survey of school environment,physical education itself has not been paid attention to,there are more onerous tasks in and out of class,but did not reflect in the professional title evaluation,salary and other career incentives,resulting in the reduce of work enthusiasm and self-confidence of physical education teachers themselves.2.In the survey of the social relations of rural physical education teachers,most of the teachers live in low living standards,backward economy,under living pressure and heavy burden,which has become the biggest family environment factors affecting teachers' teaching work investment.From the point of view of personal development,whether their children's education environment can be improved is the most important influecing factor of their removing from the current job or not.3.Rural primary school physical education teachers think their own social level is low and also think sports-teaching work and their own position evaluation is not valued by society.It reflects a social cognitive situation that psychological decadence of rural PE teachers,which directly leads to a job burnout and self-abased work attitude.4.In recent years,with the increasement of country's attention to rural education and rural teachers,they can feel the continuous introduction of national macro-policies on their working environment and conditions.However,rural education,rural teachers and other policy documents cover a wide range of administrative departments at all levels in the implementation of the policy process has weakened the effectiveness of the policy,the implementation process has a distinction,for non-major disciplines of physical education and sports teachers' treatment,title and other issues of limited impact.
