Educational informatization is an inevitable choice for the development of China’s education,and it is also an inevitable direction of historical development.In2022,in accordance with the "Educational Informationization 2.0 Action Plan",the development goals of "three fulls,two highs and one big" will be fully realized,mainly: teaching applications cover all teachers;learning applications cover all school-age children;campus construction covers all schools;Improve the information literacy of teachers and students;a huge "combination of Internet and education"platform will be established.It will strengthen the transfer of educational resources from dedicated to extensive,from improving the ability of teachers and students to apply information technology to the improvement of comprehensive information literacy,in order to comprehensively improve their information knowledge level,from comprehensive application to innovative development,and strive to " Establish a new talent training method in the environment of "Internet +".This article takes the current situation and development countermeasures of physical education teaching in rural elementary schools in Enshi City,Hubei Province as the research object,and investigates the current situation of the application of modern information technology in physical education by physical education teachers in 75 rural primary schools in 13 townships in Enshi City,Hubei Province.Using questionnaires and interview surveys,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and literature data and other research methods,Enshi City,Hubei conducted investigations and studies on the basic situation of physical education in rural primary schools,and conducted in-depth interviews with physical education teachers in rural primary schools in this city.To comprehensively and objectively understand the status of physical education informatization in rural primary schools in Enshi City,Hubei Province,analyze current problems,explore practical solutions to problems,and provide practical materials and theoretical references for the local government to carry out rural compulsory education reforms,and provide practical information and theoretical references for Enshi The city ’ s rural physical education teachers will provide theoretical guidance and help in future teaching.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The informatization infrastructure of physical education in rural elementary schools in Enshi City,Hubei Province is relatively weak and needs to be further improved.The severe shortage of physical education teachers restricts the development of informatization in rural elementary schools.The education department of Enshi City has not yet established a complete and systematic physical education informatization mechanism,and has not proposed specific measures and rewards and punishments for promoting physical education informatization.This makes the development and promotion of physical education informatization in rural primary schools in Enshi City in the system and policies.Lack of protection.Enshi City Education Bureau has not yet built a special sports resource sharing platform,which makes teachers lack the source of physical education resources and lack of special training for the informatization of physical education.2.In Enshi,Hubei,rural primary school principals generally pay little attention to the mediaization of physical education and neglect to establish a resource bank for physical education in schools.There is no establishment of a physical education informatization system within the school,no specific measures to improve the level of school physical education informatization,and there are no too many requirements for teachers to use information technology in physical education,which leads to the lack of physical education informatization by physical education teachers.Paying attention to it has had a serious impact on the development of school physical education informatization.3.The modern physical education teaching techniques and knowledge of rural primary school physical education teachers in Enshi City,Hubei Province are relatively weak.Due to subjective and objective reasons,they have less communication with the outside world.
