With the continuous advancement of the curriculum reform,a large number of reformed elite schools have emerged in the community.The common characteristics of these elite schools are relying on learning plan to carry out effective classroom instruction reforms for the teaching mode with guided learning plan,it has become a landmark teaching method in the reform of efficient classroom teaching.However,there are many schools that have achieved little or even negative results in the implementation of the teaching mode with guided learning plan in practice.It can be seen that there are still many problems in the current teaching application of the teaching mode with guided learning plan.Based on this,this study investigates and analyzes the application of the teaching mode with guided learning plan in Chinese subject,analyzes and summarizes the common problems existing in practice,and puts forward the strategy of optimizing the learning of the teaching mode with guided learning plan.The article is divided into four parts:The first part:Introduction.First of all,the reasons for the teaching mode with guided learning plan are put forward from the two dimensions of importance and reality,and the theoretical and practical significance of the study is put forward.Secondly,from the perspective of domestic and foreign analysis of the relevant studies of the teaching mode with guided learning plan,the definition of teaching plan,learning plan,the teaching mode with guided learning plan three related concepts related to this study,This paper discusses two theoretical bases of learning case guidance:pyramid theory of learning effect and guiding learning theory between subjects.Finally,the research ideas and five methods are summarized.The second part:understanding the teaching mode with guided learning plan.This part mainly discusses the guiding theory of learning plan from the theoretical level.Firstly,the connotation of the teaching mode with guided learning plan is explained from three perspectives:learning curriculum resources,systematic high-quality teaching resources,and learning design programs.Secondly,it explains the three characteristics and functions of the teaching mode with guided learning plan:classroom teaching from passive to active,teacher's teaching from narrative to question,student's learning from rear to front;finally,The general procedures combing the teaching mode with guided learning plan include three aspects:the preparation and design of the teaching mode,the implementation of the teaching mode with guided learning plan,and the evaluation of the teaching mode with guided learning plan.The third part:a survey of the present situation of the teaching mode with guided learning plan.In this study,teachers' questionnaire and student's questionnaire were compiled from four dimensions of values,writing and designing of the teaching mode with guided learning plan,implementation and evaluation of the teaching mode with guided learning plan,which were supplemented by interview method and classroom observation method to investigate the problems existing in the application of learning case guidance learning.And from the government,school,teachers,students four levels of the teaching mode with guided learning plan in the application of the analysis of the causes.The fourth part:strategies for optimizing the teaching mode with guided learning plan to Learning.This study puts forward the strategies of optimizing the teaching mode with guided learning plan from the four dimensions of the values,the preparation and design of the teaching mode with guided learning plan,the implementation and evaluation of the teaching mode with guided learning plan.Taking the reform of W school as an example,this paper analyzes the successful experience of "6 +1" efficient classroom of the teaching mode with guided learning plan.
