Under the background of the New Curriculum Reform,the teaching method in mathematics class of senior high school has been evolving,from traditional teaching methods to the new teaching model.The main feature of this model is student-oriented,in which the teacher plays the role as a guide or instructor to provide students with some needy help instead of as a person who controls overall situation in students' learning process.However,because most of students lack independence of individual learning,with lots of efforts and practical experiences of educators and teachers from frontlines,plan-guided teaching mode emerges as time requires.In recent years Ziyang Senior high school,where the author teaches,has tried to adopt plan-guided teaching mode.So according to the experience of author,The main purpose of this study is to explore the strategies of using guidance plans in mathematics class of senior high school,hoping to discover some methods that can improve teaching quality and help students find a more efficient learning strategy,thus optimizing the teaching skills of teachers.Then by analyzing and showing cases to find out the problems existing in mathematics classes of senior high school at present,relevant improvement suggestions can be probed in view of these problems,the pace of teaching reform can also be promoted and students' comprehensive abilities can be cultivated.The main methods of this study are literature review,cases display and analysis as well as questionnaire.The contents are divided into the following parts.The first part is to sort out the background and significance of plan-guided teaching mode so as to preliminarily understand role of this teaching mode.The second part is theclarification of concepts related to plan-guided teaching mode,including the classification of teaching modes,the concept and classification of tutorial plan,the concept of plan-guided teaching mode and so on.Based on Ziyang senior high school,where the author works as the starting point of the research,The third part is taking different levels of classes using plan-guided teaching mode as the research object.According to different levels of classes,the author designs different kinds of guidance plans for the same contents and shows the cases to find different characteristics while using this teaching mode.Then,through cases demonstration,the author compares differences in applying the plan-guided teaching mode into different levels of mathematics classes in Ziyang senior high School.In addition,through interviews with relevant teachers and students,this paper summarizes the problems existing in plan-guided teaching mode in mathematics classes of Ziyang Middle Schools.The fourth part is mainly to induce advantages of plan-guided teaching mode in mathematics classes by analyzing the correlation of the teaching data between traditional teaching mode and plan-guided teaching mode.Then according to the interview and questionnaire from teachers and students,this paper summarizes the important role of plan-guided teaching mode in students' learning ability,teachers' professional development and so on.The fifth part is the reflection and summary of this study.
