Audio-visual story teaching is a new way of teaching.It is a kind of reading and listening teaching in the story situation.It can attract children's attention and interest,and can make children learn in a relaxed and happy environment.It is an effective teaching way to meet the age characteristics of children's development stage.Oral expression is the act of expressing and exchanging personal opinions in a certain language content,language form and language use.It is one of the manifestations of children's language learning and language development.Speaking ability mainly refers to listening ability,language expression,language habits and understanding ability.Children are at the best stage of rapid development of oral expression,and their numbers increase,content is rich and scope is expanded.The teaching of audio-visual stories has a positive effect on the ability of children's oral expression.This study has conducted a study on the teaching effect of audio-visual story teaching for the purpose of improving the oral expression ability of small class children.This study adopts the method of holistic random sampling,taking 150 young children in F kindergarten as the research object.After a semester of audio-visual story teaching,we use the self-made questionnaire to investigate the basic status of the parents' cognition on the teaching of audio-visual stories,the direct evaluation of the teaching effect of audio-visual stories and the children through small classes.Indirect evaluation of the teaching effect of audio-visual stories,such as the change of oral expression ability.After collecting the questionnaire,the questionnaire is numbered and the data of the questionnaire are recorded with EXCEL.SPSS 20 is used to carry out the statistics and analysis of the data.After that,it is convenient to sample 20 children's parents to interview,to further understand the views of the parents on the audio-visual story teaching and the improvement effect of the oral expression ability of the children u1nder the audio-visual story teaching.Finally,it analyzes the problems and causes of children's audio-visual story teaching,and puts forward corresponding and feasible suggestions.This research found some problerms in children's audio-visual story teaching.1)parents have a higher level of observation on children's behaviors and abilities,but they don't know much about audio-visual story teaching.2)audio-visual stories help children to express their vocabularies clearly,but there is still a lack of vocabulary.3)audio-visual story teaching has a positive effect on children's listening ability,but effective response ability needs to be improved.4)audio-visual story teaching is helpful to children's understanding of intonation and tone,but communication behavior needs guidance.5)audio-visual story teaching helps children to communicate and tell stories,but coordination between language and behavior requires training.6)audio-visual story teaching is helpful to improve children's understanding and retelling stories,but lacks active expression and sharing.The following suggestions are made on the basis of the above questions.1)strengthen publicity on audio-visual story teaching and popularize audio-visual story teaching in kindergartens.2)we should conduct audio-visual story teaching on the characteristics of children's cognitive development stage.3)develop audio-visual story teaching centered on children,and guide teachers in time.4)after the audio-visual story teaching,specific language training should be conducted.
