Learning is the road that the individual and even the whole society must go.The comprehensive national strength of.a big country,whether it is from the economic,political,military,cultural,educational,human resources or scientific and technological strength,is all talent,and the important criterion for judging talents is learning to learn and lifelong learning.Learning power plays a crucial role in both the overall development of individuals and the progress of society.The proportion of Korean students in Yanbian University is 38.8%.But the learning situation of Korean students is not ideal,ranking in the middle or down,or even at the bottom of the last few.By investigating the situation of Korean college students,it is found that the main reason for their poor academic performance is the problem of learning ability.What are the elements that constitute their learning ability?How to evaluate them quantitatively?What are the main factors that affect it?These questions deserve further discussion.By sorting out the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper analyses the connotation,factors,influencing factors and practical experience of the predecessors,and makes a preliminary understanding of the Korean college students.On the basis of Kirby's "six elements of learning",a theoretical model of College Students' learning ability is preliminarily built on the basis of the characteristics of the Koreanstudents.According to the relevant theories and related literature,the two level variables are defined,and the questionnaire on the status ofCollege Students' learning ability is compiled,and 400 undergraduatesof Yanbian University normal college are selected for the first test.The preliminary survey results were analyzed by project analysis,exploratoryfactor analysis and reliability and validity test.The items were deleted and the questionnaires were modified with interviews.Finally,a formal questionnaire was formed to investigate the learning ability of collegestudents.As a survey tool,900 Korean teachers' education students were selected as the survey subjects,and 16 Korean college students were interviewed.The status of learning ability of Korean students was analyzed.The related results were made on the learning ability and influencing factors of Korean college students,and the differences and characteristics between the learning ability of Korean students in different groups were described.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the learning ability of Korean college students,and probes into the influence of students' self quality,school support,family family support and other factors on the learning ability of Korean college students.Through the analysis and sorting out of the research results,the study finally drew the following conclusions:(1)The learning ability of Korean college students is at a general level.As a whole,"consciousness is higher than action".The two dimensions of learning motivation and learning attitude are the most prominent.Among the Korean students with problems,many students try hard to try hard,but a few students do not want to learn.(2)Enrollment scores,learning atmosphere,language thinking,origin school and employment pressure are important factors affecting the learning ability of Korean college students.(3)The overall quality of the Korean students' self quality,the overall situation of school support and the general situation of family support are all at the general level.It is characterized by "unclear knowledge and unstable state".(4)Korean students' self quality,school support factors and family support factors have a significant impact on College Students' learning ability.Based on the above conclusions,it is suggested that(1)strengthen ideological education for college students from the perspective of students themselves.Set up the correct learning idea for Korean college students.(2)from the perspective of school,we should effectively improve the school's soft environment.It will provide better learning atmosphere for Korean college students.(3)from the perspective of family,we should establish a good habit of parent child communication.To create a good family atmosphere for Korean students.
