The society is constantly advancing,and people's quest for high quality of life is growing.Especially after entering an aging society,how to improve the quality of life of the elderly has become a hot issue that the whole society is concerned about.At present,many scholars have started from this issue and started to study the countermeasures to improve the quality of life of the elderly.They believe that helping the elderly establish a correct concept of death and correctly view life and death is a major goal of improving the quality of life of the elderly.The hospice care service has gradually entered the sight of people and began to provide services for the dying elderly.In western countries,the services related to hospice care have been quite mature.However,in the inland areas of China,there are still many deficiencies in the service content in this area.It is still necessary to continue to explore and develop.The hospice care service involves a variety of age groups.The services that may be faced are children,youth,middle-aged people,etc.This article focuses on elderly hospice care services.The author will start from his internship experience and use the concept of life and death contained in traditional culture to carry out hospice care services for elderly dying patients,actively break through the shackles of traditional culture for hospice care services,and seek traditional culture to promote the development of hospice care services.The positive factors promote the integration of the traditional concept of life and death with the services for elderly hospice care,help the elderly establish a correct concept of death,and face up to death,thereby enhancing the quality of life of the elderly in their remaining lives.At the same time,through the development of individual case services,the research content of China's hospice care practice work is enriched to provide reference for practical research.
